Sendcloud is experiencing a delay in the import of orders from WooCommerce, Shopify and eBay. This only affects users with a Sendcloud platform integration. Consumers will not be able to initiate a return if the order is not yet known in the Sendcloud platform integration. The delay is mostly noticeable for withdrawal cases.
